i have a thing for raisins

i eat multiple raisin & pb(natural) sandwiches daily. 2 of em with a glass of skim milk is a nice little meal when i get off of work.

the sugar content on raisins is fairly high.

i'm wondering if i should cut these out. then again, it is just dried fruit.

i'm not really cutting or bulking, more of a slow bulk i guess you could say.

I'm guessing the sugar content is largely for fructose right? If that's the case, I would take it easy on them. If I was going to eat them at all, it would be after a workout.

Raisins a good source of fibre though, I have them instead of candy. One box a day is ok I hope.
