I'm about to buy A years supply of multivitamins, it practically contains almost every vitamin you need with really high% with most at 100% of RDA. This supplies 33% magnesium and 100% Zinc as well as 100% B6. would I need to take extra ZMA ? Perhaps some more magnesium ?

Now I really don't know what the omega 3,6 or 9 requirements are and I cant get the right requirements. There's Flax seed, Cod and Salmon oil...
The Cods got extra Vit A and D 100% RDA, should I be taking extra A and D ? Im already getting them from the multivitmain.

Potency 1000mg, each Capsule consists of:

Flax seed: alpha linolenic 585mg, linolenic 150mg and oleic acid 175mg.
Cod: 110mg EPA - 100mg DHA
Fish oil Concentrate: 180mg EPA - 120mg DHA
Salmon: 80mg EPA - 120mg DHA

I'm no expert on oil doses or EPA/DHA so which one would be the best to take and what dose ? What time is best to be taking the oil and the multivitamins ? I've read that taking ZMA at night is best, would taking the multivitamin at night be as helpful ? Or should it be taken in the morning ?

Theres this other Multivitamin+ Amino acids supposedly sports vitamin with prolonged release action, are these any good ? There are some weird 300-400% RDA on the label... won't that cause toxicity ?

Thx

If you can afford it, it would not hurt to take the actual ZMA supplement, exclusively before bed, but if you can't afford it, no big deal.
