phenominal! good stuff what did you do as far as workingout/nutrition wise?
When I started I was still in school, so basically I started packing a lunch instead of eatng the cafateria food. Started out sorta low carb, like bag of grape, ham or turkey sammy on low carb bread, protein bar, then a bag of cheese-its, or some kinda chip that only had like 10g or carbs. Then i would run 3-5 miles after school, then comehome and have some high protein low carb dinner. Oh yeah, I ate eggs, cottage cheese and fuit for breakfast. after about 3-4 months the pounds started coming off, and I decided to be real strict and go real low carb. Cut out all sugers, starches, and bread. Lots protein, nuts, eggs, fuits, veggy's.
Then I started lifting with moderate cardio, mile aday before workouts. Refined my workouts and kept doing the low carb, with high protein, started having a cheat day every saturday. To this point I was prolly in the 174-177s.
I did all the same stuff, and I added swmming in, after my workouts.
Right now I run half amile before workouts, lift, swim, and I cycle around 5 miles, then swim again. Instead of cheating by eating food, I usually get wasted friday or saturday nights (michelob ultra of cource).
Main thing was I dont eat past like 7-7;30
Its been alota hard work, but I think the results were well worth the blood sweat n tears.....People are deff alot nicer to me now....

If you had alcohol poisoning I don't think you'd be standing up!

I remember a friend of a friend calling to the hospital saying he had alcohol poisoning. The dude just laughed and hung up. Another one of my friends has managed to get alcohol poisoning three times. Haha. One time he was bleeding out of his eyes, nose and ears. Psycho.

Anyway, awesome transformation. Keep up the good work.

This is probably one of the best transformations I've ever seen. You could probably get on one of those cheesy Bowflex commercials and lie your ass off that you got that way with that :P

The flaw in that idea is that the company KNOWS their product dosnt work and so would never believe you had been using it.

Great work on the transformation....fantastic to see. You must be stoked.

Thats awesome..... bro I'm hoping to do the same thing you did. I weigh 300lbs right now (not all fat) I bench 500lbs raw. but I want to get down to 225, sounds real reasonable. And you are living proof that you can do it in ia short period of time! You really motivated me bro! I pretty much know what I need to do to get the job done (practicing for my personal trainer certificate) But I also know that you have the experience and I'm sure you learned lots of stuff on the way, if you could share them with me you can email me at XfrusterateddX@yahoo.com (two d's) or you can instant messenge me for AIM XfRuStErAtEdDX Thanks man for the motivation.
