I have been bulking for the past 3 months. I went for a constant gain of 1 lbs a week..I used the bulking formula (18*bw), I weren't gaining weight, so I slowly upped the daily calorie intake to 3500-3600..I am currently gaining 1 lbs @ 3500-3600...
I am organising my diet plan for the UD2.0.. I used the maintenance formula (15* bw), which calculate to 2265 Calories..This calories intake seems way inaccurate for my body type....
I'm going to start the UD2.0 next week..But I don't have much time to calculate my maintenance through trial and error.. Can anyone suggest a decent range of my calorie intake for maintenance??
