ok ive been searching and everything but i just cant find any reasons from ppl to use dextrose (mainly with creatine). What are the benefits? Because if i buy it i just wanna know what it does and how it helps. thanks

From my knowledge I know that other than assisting with the transportation of creatine dextrose can be used as a carb replacement drink before any type of aerobic activity, and I also believe It raises your insulin levels which can lead to migraines and therefore I've heard that its safer to use maltodextrin.

Dextrose is a great way to replenish glycogen after a workout. It can also be used for a pre-workout energy boost.

doesnt malto raise insulin just as much?? theyre both relatively sinple sugars

yes but the malto is a complex carb and takes slightly longer to digest > glucose.
