Has anyone used this supplement? It's from GNC - got it from a buddy of mine who didn't like the taste. It doesn't taste bad to me (grape flavored), and it claims:

10g Creatine (monohydrate)
2g Taurine
200mg alpha-Lipoic Acid

plus:

Vitamin C, Phosphorus, Magnesium (which I currently seem to lack in my diet), Chromium, and salts (Sodium and Potassium).

100g Carbs (3/4 are sugars).

I'm thinking I'll cut it in 3rds or so for a thinned out workout drink, but figured I'd see if anyone else ever used it...

yeah fine but i think you could definitely stick with regular creatine and dextrose to get good results. taking creatine driectly (aleast for me) has given better results. This means without all the extra stuff in it except dextrose which I add.

gotcha icceman - I'll use it until it's gone. No point in wasting a freebie.

I do use "plain" creatine monohydrate when bulking (I'm on a cut right now, so I'm not currently), but was taking it dry (hate when that happens).

What specific product do you use for dextrose?
