Alright heres the deal. I just started cutting about a week ago, Im cleaning up my diet and im doing a lot more cardio. I run usually 5 times a weeks for around 15 minutes high intensity. I lift 5 days a week. I also just started taking Hydroxycut. Im around 12% bf and I want to be around 9-10% bf in three weeks because thats what i heard is the bf % that your abs show. Ive always had a little bit of fat that covered my abs so that you couldnt see them well. So my question is, is it a reasonable goal to lose 2-3 % bf in 3 weeks?
