Is their any difference between brands of Multi-Vitamins, or are they all basically the same?

post your average daily intake of these vitamins and minerals and it should be fairly obvious what ur lacking...
if ur not tracking ur diet its difficult to tell what ur lacking

Here is the one I take. As you can see it's pretty loaded with all the good stuff. :study: http://labelinfo.nutritionexpress.com/Pill.aspx?Price=55.99&Msrp=65.99&Grp=&Usr=a52290672389000&Itm=99-103-90&Add=N

I used to take multivitamins that were in one capsule...but there is just something wrong with that. How can they fit all those vitamins into one capsule? With the one I take now it's 8.

I take it right after working out or after dinner on my off days.

Some have certain things in them like iron that upset some people's stomachs.

Gee, that's a toughie but I'm going to have to say no it's not magic.

They make one capsule multivitamins at the expense of other vitamins AND minerals so you're not even getting as many of them as you would with an 8-a day pack.

If you're going to be eating 1-a day mulitivitamins you might as well pop them into your mouth like skittles.

Considering that if your diet is fairly balanced you shouldn't even "need" a multivitamin, I don't think having ones with 400000000 X the recommended dose is necessary. The one a days are just fine.

I seriously think that those people taking the expensive vitamins who are "feeling the results" are just experiencing a rather large placebo effect, OR have very poor diets to begin with.
