I've lost 20lbs on diet and excercise, but these last 10lbs are awfully stubborn, soo iam looking at weight loss supplements i dont know much, but what would be best for loosing 10lbs combined with excercise and a healthy diet. Thanks!

Look into a traditional homemade EC stack or give a packaged product like thermocin a try.

tracking your diet as closely as possible is second to none in terms of success...
700 calories off during a week = .2lbs which is significant IMHO and its EASY as hell to be off by 100 calories per day if ur not tracking everything that u ingest accurately and honestly.
