Ive been looking at this for months.
What do you think is a natural Limit for a person depending on his height and BF.

im 5.11,20 ectomorph fast metabolism...
I find that Below 200 pound its Getting difficult gaining...
I mean i havent seen one 5.11 215 8% NATURAL around...

Even 220 pound on a 5.11 is alot... It's rare i see someone weighthing 210+ pound with a low BF...

Sorry wrong forum...

Yeah, wrong forum but I'll answer anyway.

Feel free to take this with a grain of salt, but there are some equations to see how you would rate next to a natural bodybuilder from the 1940s/1950s, based on frame size. Your Maximum Bodyweight and Measurements (http://www.smartweighttraining.net/miscellaneous/references/maximum_measurements.htm)

If you're not natural, it'll be pretty meaningless though, as well as a little insulting. ;)

Doesn't work. By following correct mathematical doctrine (multiply before add/subtract within the same parentheses, etc.), I'm multiplying by negatives. Either that, or my maximum muscular weight is 536,834.9275834 lbs.
