hey guys, im wondering how the low fat diet works. i am doing low-carb and still tryin to keep or build muscle at the same time which i know isnt a good idea, and im doing horrible on it, i keep cheating. i keep hearing ur body needs fat to burn fat, and that u burn carbs before fat...so how does low-fat work??? Also, to make things easier...do u think doing a change-up would be a good idea for dieting...like, WEEK 1 u do low-carb, WEEK 2 u do low-fat, WEEK 3 u do SUbway, Week 4 u eat just fruit and veggies...stuff like that??? Thanks.
