Hi,
I recieved 4 tubs of Creatine from a family member and because the tubs have no labels on them, I have a few questions.
Firstly, I have read the articles on them but am a little confuesed about the 'Phases'
I am pretty sure that the type of creatine I have is 'AST Creatine Monohydrate' and was looking at the Loading Phase and the Maintance Phase. I am currently doing the WBB#1 routine and today (Friday) is the last day of the week for training. Do I simply start the Loading Phase for 5 days then the Maintance Phase while in middle of training or do I halt training until Loading is over?
Also because there is no label on the tubs I dont really, know the amount I should be taking and when, because there are different figures on different articles.
This is what is written for the product, found on the internet:
Loading Phase: Take 5 grams four times daily for 5 days.
Maintenance Phase: Take 5 grams twice daily.
During your Loading Phase you should be drinking an EXTRA 64 to 80 ounces of liquid than you normally drink. During the maintenance phase you should drink an EXTRA 32 to 40 ounces.
Does this seem ok?
