Olive Oil

What is the difference between extra vitgin and pure olive oil in terms of nutrition? Are there any venefits to having one of those instead of the other?

I also have heard things about the bottles, and that plastic bottles are ill advised.

I have one bottle of extra virgin in a plastic bottle, and another full bottle of pure olive oil, but in a glass bottle. Which one should I go for?

Olive oil is natural and healthy. Don't know much about oils, but my mother always says to use olive oil.
