i'm 18, 5' 11", 150, i have just gained about 10 pounds of just eating, but it is all fat. i'm a skinny little white kid who is sick of it. i've never been anything but skinny and i'm ready to get bigger. i already have the aggressiveness and determination of a linebacker, but the body of a place kicker. i just found this new style of working out for people with high metabolism that i think will work for me. i got this plan from anthony ellis's web site, so thanks anthony for the ideas. today was the first day of my work out and i'm gonna try and keep track of all i do. oh yea, and i want bulk!!!
MEAL 1:four pieces of bacon, 2 eggs, 2 pieces of toast, 2 glasses of milk
MEAL 2: 2 bolagna sandwiches (1 slice per sw), chocolate milk
MEAL 3: 4 hot dogs, water
MEAL 4: half rack of ribs, sweet tea
MEAL 5: about 10-15 oreos and 2 glasses of milk
chest workout today
bench 1 x 10 125
1 x 8 125
incline 1 x 10 95
1 x 10 95
1 x 10 95
db flyes 3 x 10 20
push ups 3 x 15

Enjoy this period of your life while you can eat 15 oreos everyday and still be skinny. If I ate like that I'd look like the Pillsbury doughboy.

Guys I go to school with this kid and he's not lying when he says he has a mindset of a linebacker w/ the body of a place kicker. I wouldn't say the last 10pounds you've put on has been all fat, but a good portion was. Just keep lifting man and you'll be in great shape. About the only thing I could say to ya would be to keep a track of what you do and eat, and everything will fall into place. Good Luck fella.
Oh yea, read alot of the posts in all the other forums, as there is a lot of good information just floating around in there.

today i found that anything that has protein and calories has also been secretly injected with tons of fat. i dont know what kinds of food i can eat that arent fatty but still have loads of protein and good amounts of calories. any suggestions?
meal 1: wasnt hungry so i just drank 3 glass of milk, granola bar
meal 2: 2 ham sandwiches (2 slices a piece), bunch of fritos
meal 3: steak, mash potatoes
meal 4: McDonald's quarter pounder
meal 5: gotta love them oreos and milk
no workout bc i didnt have time. my family and i are moving to Alabama and we were busy today. tommorrow is the fun day, abs!!! ahhh, the sweet smell of pain.

Check out the diet/nutrition forum. There's quite a bit of information for ya to check out. As far as eating foods really high in calories, but low in fat, its going to be kinda hard. It's really gonna come down to you just eating a MASSIVE amount of food. About the only thing I could suggest for ya would be to throw in a good size chicken breast for a meal 6 along with something you wanna eat. With your metabolism, you won't have to worry too much bout' what you eat, just as long as you get a good amount of protien, and A LOT of calories.

meal 1: glass of milk and oreos
meal 2: fried chicken, corn, rice and stew beef, biscuit, and a chocolate milkshake(nothing like grandmas cookin
meal 3: three turkey and ham sandwiches (big meat helpings)
not many meals today. really disappointing. i didnt even have time to eat today. i might eat something after i right this but i did at least eat a big lunch and supper.
ab workout today. i murdered myself.

i'm gonna go ahead and post what i did so far today. i'm about to leave and i wont be able to get on 2nite but here is my day so far.
meal 1: glass of grape juice
meal 2: 2 crunchy peanut butter sandwiches with chips
meal 3: 6 chicken strips, maccoroni and cheese, french fries, biscuit
meal 4: 3 chicken strips
barbell curls 3 x 10 75
lyine barbell ext. 3 x 10 55, 60, 60
reverse curls 3 x 10 45, 50, 50
dumbbell curls 3 x 10 (each arm) 20 (each arm)
bench dips 3 x 20 45 in lap
wrist curls 3 x 10 55
went to look at getting some supplements today. i really need something to up my protein a lot. probably get some nitrean. thanks for the help chub.

you gotta eat something dude, you might not want to at the time, but ill tell you right now, youll feel much beter after you eat it.
and dude if i was you ide eat a PB sandwhich or have ice creea every nigt before you go to bed,

hello guys, i am back and am now a full fledged citizin of alabama. i will start my journal back probably tomorrow cause i'm about to go EAT. i weigh 155 now. bench max 165. i probably wont be able to do much leg workouts because all i have is ur basic workout bench but as soon as i get to UA i'll be lifting in their rec building.
