id say only drink diet pop if you are diabetic cause the aspartame in it is bad for you (if you drink it regularly)
its worse than regular pop

I wouldn't say it's worse than regular soda - aspartame may be bad for you, but so is refined sugar. Given the choice of the two, I'd go for the diet version. Saying that, a better option is to drink neither, or at least to moderate your intake; water may get a little boring, but it's a far better for you...

All fizzy drinks are acidic and will damage your teeth, only drink them in moderation. The carbon dioxide when disolved in the water forms an acid.

only thing I see is like ther others say... damage your teeth as well as if you drink to much, there is a problem with consuming to much aspartame that leads to something... do a search :)

I might drink a few on a Friday or Saturday night, with some rum in it, or as a chaser......But deff water > any soda diet or not
