im weighing in at 222lbs right now, and eat around 260grams of protein a day, should i be aiming to 1g to 1lb?
or is the extra protein good?
mainly the protein comes from the shakes tho, not food..
They say 1-1.5gm/lb although 1.5 is alot more than 1, its a 50% increase.

You're fine, more wouldn't hurt. Get more protein from whole food though.
I'd rather err on the high side than the low side, but you should aim for more whole food sources.
