Hey Hey Everybody, well through much trial and error with different splits, different cardio routines and intensities, etc. etc. etc.....i feel ive finally found one that A) works year round, B) balances muscles gains and fat loss (in an attempt to get the best of both worlds), and C) Isnt time consuming......Lets see if you all agree......(by the way, the diet is all clean, no questions asked, assume this program is done hand in hand with optimum nutrition)....

Mon- Morn Run (45min) (after a modest whey shake)
Afternoon Chest/Tri session (at LEAST 8 hours after run)

Tues-No Weights Today
Morn Run (30 min)
Night Run (30 min)

Wed-Morn Run (45min) (same)
Afternoon Back/Bi session (same)

Thur- same as tues

Fri- Morn Run (45min) (same)
Afternoon Leg Session (same)

Sat/Sun- NO CARDIO, (other than my recreation B-ball league game), and very light weight if any, nothin serious....

Well thats it, i know it seems kinda "anti-climactic" after that intro, but after all the crazy stuff i tried (everyday cardio, NEVER a rest day, 3 a day lift sessions.....blah blah blah.....it got outta hand....) this is a program i feel that i can get results with for life.....lemm know what yall think....thanx everybody

maybe too much cardio? cardio 7 times a week year round seems a little excessive to me... but then again, i'm sittin at 17% bf. =P i do cardio about once every two weeks, will be bumped to 4-5x a week.
