Vido is teasing you migs :)

I think he is getting a little jaded lol. Basically he is saying there is no limit. too many factors. apetite, size of your belly, how efficient you are at digestion etc.

Probably not a good idea to have more than 100g of protein in one sitting simply becasue it will end up as glucose cos you dont need that much at once. Spread your protein intake throughout the day....otherwise im not aware of any limit on carbs or fats. eat to your targets to get where you are going.

I get organ failure when i try to eat 2600 cals a day as Vido well knows. But im always better in the morning :) The magic of TV.

Damn, I had him going...:D.

There's no limits on any of the above, including protein. Will it benefit you to have more than 100g of protein in one sitting? No. Will it have any ill effects on you either? Perhaps some gastrointestinal discomfort, but that's where ginger comes in anyway...other than that, no.

The more important thing is the amount of calories, protein, fat, etc. that you are consuming daily (or even more accurately, weekly). It's not a great idea to have all of your nutrients coming in the form of one massive meal per day, but once you get to about 3 it doesn't much matter. People say 6 meals is better than 3, and the hardcore people (like myself) will tell you that 8-10 is better than 6, but really we're full of $#@%. There's no evidence that 3 1000 calorie meals won't do the exact same thing as 6 500 calorie meals or 10 300 calorie meals.
