aight well its been 3 months in a half into my cut and im down to about 160-162lbs from 175 bodyfat has gone done from 19 to 14 but its been like 3 weeks and i seem to have hit a wall.. i consume about 1500 to 1600 calories a day and i work out intensily for 40min 5 times a week. NO cardio wut can i do to continue my progress...my abs are sort of showing but i want more definitiion cause i still have some fat all i take for supplemtnes is protein poweder 2 scoops in the moring

what is your macro breakdown of fat,pro,cabs?

Your metabolsim has probably crashed. It might be in your best interest to eat at maint. cals for a week or two, and then get back into the diet with more than 1500-1600 calories. Doing a weekly refeed might be helpful as well.

Same thing happens to me. For me i lose 5 pounds on a cut and then i hit the wall. The way i fix this is for the next week or so I eat to maintain, to get my metabolism back to normal. then after that week i have no problem losing more, give it a try. You could try cycling your calories but alot of people told me that its a waste of time.

ok well my breakdown is like this 50 protein 30 carbs and 20 fats yea i have tried that too and it worked a lil.. oh yea for some odd reason lol when i eat a lot of food say 2000 calories or more and then consume alcholol i end up eithiner staying the same weight or losing a lb or so LOL but yea umm does anyone knmow if i add in 3 cardio sessions a week like 15 min ones wiht high intensity HITT would that help me out or no?

2000 calories is not a lot of food, you need to eat more.
