When I heard about excessive cardio can burn muscle, I got worried than I could be losing my gains by doing cardio. I do about 20 minutes running at 6 mph then 5 minutes of walking at 3.5 mph. I do this about 5/6 times a week. My stats are in my signature.
Is this too much? Am I killing any of my muscle gains? How can I improve my cardio frequency?
