Most of my stats and info are on the page and my bodyfat is 14-16%. Today is my first day of my cutting and I got a question. Should the carb/protien/fat be.. 40%/30%/30% for the total calories? I will be eating 2200 calories a day.


I will be doing weight workouts (WBB #3) m/w/f and cardio (treadmill, bike for 20mins) t/th.


and yes I am cheating on my first day. I'm going to the grocery right now and buying some healthy foods. Anything else I need to know about?

ohh and I drink about 16 oz of 2% milk everyday. I use it to mix with protien and to eat cereal. Is this okay for cutting?

and what about cheese? String Cheese to be exact.
