Hi, there I was wondering which is a better post workout meal: A Gladiator smoothie which is made with a low carb meal replacement package containing 45 g of protein and two types of fruit which have lots of simple sugar like strawberries and blueberries and creatine or two scoops of GNC's distance mixed with a scoop of protein and some creatine.

the simple sugars in the fruit are not ideal. You keep them in the shake and add some dextrose and your set.
What is in the GNC's stuff? simple carbs?
Probably the latter, but I don't know what "Distance" is.

Gnc distance is maltodextrin with electrolytes and a few grams of protein
