Hey,

Generally, I take in my post workout shake post cardio which comes after my lifting. This generally creates a 20-30 minute delay between the time I stop lifting and the time I currently intake my protein shake. Does any feel taking my protein shake in before my cardio would have any affect in shuttling the protein more efficiently to my muscles? I am about to begin cutting, and I feel this may help preserve muscle. Some opinions would be appreciated. Thanks alot.
