Well, finally got the nerve to post some pics. I am currently cutting, i am 147 right now and 5'8 and im 18, wanting to cut another 5 pounds i think. The first pics are from sometime in may, and the new ones i took before work this morn. I will have more pics later on, when i get out of work. if anyone could estimate my BF thatd be great, because my gym doesnt have any way of doing that and neither do i :( anyway, let the comments come. oh, i was about 158 in the first pics. sorry about the poor pic quality.
as you can see, my chest seems to be lacking, more fat there than my stomach :cry: any tips?

in the leaner pics you look like about 12-13% maybe. You need to work on bulking. put "heavy" in front of each of these exercises: incline benchpress, decline dumbell press, dips, etc. shoulder presses, pull downs, deadlifts, squats. Do all heavy training 3 sets of 4-8 reps each and only 3-5 different exercises in a day. (dont overtrain)

13%? your pretty lean you should bulk on that frame :)

I would agree. If it is your first time bulking, I know with me my gut constantly told me to go to cutting, but you could definately stand some more bulk first. 10lbs?

x-force hahahah, yah well i did bulk until the summer, gained a good 10-15 pounds, but its summer, so i dont feel like bulking again. i plan to bulk up towards the end of summer, ill be goin off to uconn in the fall. thanks for the tips keep them comming :)
Do a high protien, low fat, high calories then so you can add some muscles before uconn.

so the consensus is to bulk huh? bleh, i was planning on cutting since i hate the flab around my pecs haha, i dont know, can anyone help me with a good bulking routine personally? thanks!

Don't cut just, eat clean and lots of protein, good calories if you want to grow.
