Day 1
Gym-

Chest/ Tri Day

Diet-

More or less the same every day-

eat 7-8 times a day every 2-3 hours

Lean beef, soft taco, onions, jalapenos, lettuce, low fat mexican cheese

Just started 2 week cycle M1-t last night
5 mg twice a day 12 hours apart (do have everything planned out including pct. Did 3 weeks Milk thistle. Had liver, cholesterol, and triglycerides checked)

3-11 pm today

Intro-

I have worked out for 3 years. I have never eaten right until I started on this forum. I feel so much better since I have lost weight. I had blown up to 243 in January of this year.

I am still learning so any input will be greatly appreciated.

I usually do 1 body part a day and throw tri's and bi's in twice with another body part.

Just started working out with a new workout partner who does tri/ bi with other body parts.

1-Chest/ tri
2- Legs/ bi
3- Shoulders
4- Back
5- bi's/ tri's

Usually do this workout every 7-8 days. I have days off depending on overtime and working 16 hour days.

I see you live in Va. Anywhere near Richmond?

Day 2

Had a busy day today wifes had ultra-sound(baby girl due in Sept), cut grass, and had lamahz's(spelling?) class with the wife tonight.

Couldn't make it to the gym today, so I am hitting the power rack at home tonight.

Front Squats-(1st day doing squats in 2 weeks hurt lower back 2 weeks ago took some time off squats and deads, taking it light today!)

Only side from M1t was lower back pain. It has disappeared today. Really good pumps on this stuff. Bi's and legs still fell pumped from yesterday. Even my calf's feel pumped. Added an extra serving on hawthorne berry today. Felt blood pressure was high while working out yesterday. I am going to check it on the machine here at work tomm.

Diet-

7 Meals today same foods as day 1, except my cheat meal this week was a Burger King double whopper and fries. Boy was it good too. LOL

Day 4-

At work again. (11-7/ 7-3pm) At least I can eat all my meals here. Eating a lean beef soft taco now.

Wasn't able to get to the gym today. :mad: Still ate all my meals(7).

A little tired. Only an 8 hour break to leave and get back to work today. Only got about 4 hours sleep. Hopefully can get a nap tonight. I have to work 2 more 16 hour days this weekend. The chemical plant is having a big shutdown to fix somethings this week. That means two more 4 hour sleep days besides little naps at work. I hope to sneak out on daylight and get a shoulder workout in.

I will post workout when I get back to work.

Supp-

This M1T is really keeping my muscles full. I usually feel some slight soreness after a good back day, but now my back still feels pumped from the workout before work yesterday.

I weighed in at 215 when I got up today. Up 2 pounds. I have been drinking as much h2o as possible.

Feeling irritable, could just be working this over-time. :bang:

Yeah, the M1T does make you a little tired. I think it is the worse about an hour or 2 after taking dose. The first 2 or 3 days I was really tired. After that it hasn't been too bad. The overtime hasn't helped either.

Day 5-

Back at work again. Another 16 hour day!!

Did get a really good nap afeter getting off today slept from 4pm till 930pm. Don't feel too bad tonight. Shoulders still have a nice pump.

Gym-

Going to take the day off today.

Body is just worn out. Figure I will hit the gym Monday and destroy chest.

i feel you on the long work days, Im working a full time job, taking class, and working an after part time job... granted my second part time job isnt physically demanding my full time job is. I find myself having to sneak in workouts as well :) or waking up at 4 in the morning after getting off at 11 to go hit the gym up,.

Sounds like we are in about the same boat. I do the 4am wake up alot myself when I am on 7-3pm shift. :thumbup:

Thanks for checking out my journal Rookiebldr and the comments.

Planned on going for 2 weeks at 2 5mg doses every 12 hours. May add a 3rd dose starting tomm. and see how I my body reacts. I haven't been having the sides I have read about. I had thought I might go a third week, but I believe I will go 2 weeks and see how many gains I keep when I come off for 2 weeks. I seem to be gaining some definition even though my weight has not gone up a lot. I believe I am losing some fat around the mid section.

If you are planning on doing a cycle of M1T definitly be careful if you take ephedrine/ cafeine stack. It will raise your blood pressure. I am taking 3 doses of Hawthorne Berry a day and it seems to have helped alot.

I wish I had taken some pics before starting cycle.

It's always great to lose some fat but keep the weight and increase the definition.

I've done a cycle of 1-ad a couple of years ago and yeah I had issues with blood pressure then. I've never tried the hawthorne berry extract. I'll take a look see. I seem to have bp issues when I bulk.

And yes, you should always take pics. Comparison shots are a good thing.

Day 6- July 26

Just got to work yet again 11pm. Only have to work 8 hours tonight. Looking forward to my first 16 hour break from work in 4 days.

Guzzled down a double scoop protein shake, when I got here.

I am looking forward to my chest workout today. Going to go home and get some much needed rest today and get up before work tonight and hit the gym. I will post after workout.

Yeah this shutdown at work has sucked. Four 16 hour shifts in 5 days will definitly wear a body down.

Took a great day of rest today. Got off work at 7 am and don't have to be back till 11pm tonight. I slept just about all day. Just gobbled down a few chicken breast. :thumbup:

Same. Just a few more days on the M1T. I have really noticed a lot of strength gains. My training partner started taking his the same time I did and he has made some great strength gains. I hope I can keep the gains when I come off and start PCT. Going to take 2 weeks off and do another 3 on. Then I am going to have blood work done to see if I have any negative affects.

Looks like I am working 16 hour days again. Get off at 3pm today and have to be back at 11pm tonight and work till 3pm tomm. I will probably grab a workout tomm after taking a nap.

how you liking doom3? Im still skeptic on buying it or not... im not much into single player games its the multi player that gets me hooked.

I would say they probably need a patch for more players and it will really rock. The number of players is the only thing I don't like about it. The graphics rock. It is a fast paced multi-player also, I would compare the speed/ movement to unreal or quake.

I personally like Call Of Duty Multiplayer, but needed to play something else.

I'm a little worried. My training partner just called and said his wife's aunt has passed away. I will not have my training bud to spot for my max bench tomm. It will be my first attempt at 300.

I have 2 options.

1- Go to the gym and have someone else spot me I don't know.
2- Go to another gym tomm. with another guy from work which will be a new place(kindda makes me wonder if I will be "On" if I am in another place

I know a lot of pushing past barriers is in your "mind" and my partner and I are great at pushing each other past those.

Any advice???

Not very happy Today!! Not going to get to lift today!

Didn't know I had an overtime this morning, but got a call at 7am. I have to work 3-11pm too( a 16 hour day!!), so I totally miss the gym. I was looking forward to back day too. Sucks big time!! Guess I will have to hit back tomm, before work at 3pm.

Protein shake when I woke, before the gym.

Protein shake after workout. The gym made me one. 2 scoops protein, 1/2 banana, 2 scoops peanut butter, 1 shot of honey. Man was it good!! Finishing it off now. The only problem it reminds me of "Pulp Fiction". It was a $5.00 shake!! LOL

Got another 16 hour day today 3-11pm /11-7am.

One good thing plenty of time to eat!!

Just woke up and had a double scoop protein shake, shot of milk, 2 scoops peanut butter, a shot of honey and ice cubes. Blended it up and the shake taste great!! :thumbup:

I am beat down from working, and taking the day off today. Going to hit the gym tomm. Bi's and Tri's.

Yeah, I know what you mean, but I usually take one day off in between my 5 workout days anyway, so I thought today would be a good one to chose.

The grass really needed cutting too, a lot of weed eating to do LOL! Not a good thing to do after arm day!

Yeah, I work shift work at a chemical plant. It is very good money just crappy hours!

We get a break when we work 16 hours, but we are supposed to just grab something to eat. I figured I would make it a little longer break and hit the gym LOL! We are supposed to get an hour, but with a 15 min ride to the gym and 15 minutes back I have to push it. I took an hour and a half though. Gave me about 45 min to workout with having to change in and out of gym clothes. I didn't have the time to rest between sets like I usually do though, so I couldn't push the weights as heavy.

I still had a great pump though! :thumbup:

Increased to 10mg every 12 hours M1T used 5mg every 12 hours 1st day. Also after shower at the gym before work tonight, used 4-Derm 3 squirts. 1st time trying a transdermal. Going to use twice a day.

Added 4 extra grams of 4AD to the bottle. I heated the bottle(in a pot of water<not boiling>) and did a lot of shaking. Disolved well.

Going to run M1t and 4AD for 3 weeks. I only used M1t on the last cycle. I hope this helps with the lethargy. Anyway going to give it a try.

Looks like the overtime has let up a bit, so I am going to have a lot more time to hit the gym, with some crazy workouts(Balls to the Wall!!!!)

I maxed out about 3 weeks back at 300. I tried a 315, but needed help.

Going for 315 again, in 2 more weeks. Doing some sets of 3's and 5's on the bench until then.

The shake actually is pretty good I use 2 scoops chocolate protein(46 grams protein), bannana, a giant scoop of peanut butter, and a little ice. Blend it up! Taste great! Try it out.

First time doing back squats in a couple weeks. Been concertrating on front squats due to lower back injury about a month and a half ago. I feel the front squat is a lot stricter on the lower back, since you can't really lean forward on it at all. I guess you could, but you really feel it if you are not doing it right.
Anyway my back felt great today. Can't wait for deads tomm.

Not working all the overtime has really given me extra time to rest.

M1T sides have gone well, still no lower back pain. Do feel my blood pressure is a little high tonight. Probably shuld have started the Hawthorne Berry a few days before cycle, so it would have been in my system.

May go up another 5mg on M1T starting Monday.

Stength and the pumps are there just like the last time on cycle.

Yeah, I switch up alot.

I do like it better when I alternate. I feel like it gives the other muscle a chance to recover. Especially when I am lifting heavy.

Day 40-

I had a lot of problems with the storm here, so I didin't make the gym. I had a tree down in the yard <luckily it missed my shed and the house, the tree fell the other way>. Looks like I have to get the chain-saw out again! Tornado and high winds and a ton of rain fell here in VA. A lot of flooding here and a lot of destruction. I live away from town, so we had a lot of flooded roads.

Did a lot of volume today. I plan on hitting every body part to the max this week, since I am on the M1T right now. Seems to help big time with strength and recovery. I am not even sore after that crazy chest workout. Yesterday after the workout, my chest was actually cramping up.

Same -going to 25 mg M1t today. Going to take an extra tab between the other 2 doses<12 hours apart>

I hope to hit legs today. The only problem is that my wife is going to the doctor today and I have to take her. The baby may be too big to move to the abdomin area, so she may have to have a cesarian section instead of a normal birth. I don't know how long we will be at the doc today.

I may just hit the cage here at home tonight instead of making the gym.

Probably should have just waited to hit the weights tomm, but I was hard headed and hit the power rack here at home tonight.

I felt worn out. I guess using the chainsaw on that fallen tree and stacking all the wood was a little exausting. Didn't feel very strong on squats.

My wife is not doing well, They have decided to wait to induce labor since she has come down with Diabeties (spelling?). She is in her 38th week and the doc wants her to wait till the 39th week before inducing her, because when pregnant women come down with diabeties then the babies lungs may not be as developed early. I guess we are going to be waiting probably till this weekend.

NO workouts!!!! Probably will take the week off with trying to work and spending every night at the hospital. I am just about exausted. I just came home to feed the dogs and check emails.

Been really busy all week with the wife, hospital, and work. The wife was sent home yesterday. The doc decided no to induce since she has justational diabeties. Something about the lungs not developing as fast as a regular pregnancy. My wife ended up going to her mothers, so she could help her with the insulin shots. She called this morning and was able to give herself her first shot. This was a BIG step!! She is scared to death of shots. She has a doc appointment today, so I will report more later.

The doc will probably make her wait the rest of the pregnancy. 10 More Days!!!

I was happy with the 315, but after bench, I felt like I had no energy at all. I guess eating all the crappy hospital food took its toll on me. Started back on diet today.

9am- 2 scoop protein shake(46 grams), scoop of peanutbutter
1030am- can of tuna/ light mayo/ spoonful of sweet cubes
1230am- protein shake(46 grams)<<pre-workout>>
230pm- soft taco, leanbeef, onions, cheese
530pm- peanut butter/ wheat bread
830pm- protein shake
12pm- Chicken Breast, thigh

Didn't eat as much today. I feel I have gained weight<feels like 10 pounds LOL> with being off diet since last Thursday. Trying to keep protein up though. I will try and eat more tomm. :thumbup:

Sorry I have been gone for so long fellow lifters.

I have had a lot of problems here.

1) Wife was hospitalized for 8 days following a c-section. She caught a serious infection that was so bad I really didn't know if she would make it. My wife is very strong and pain doesn't stop her, but this last week I could tell she was at the edge. The docs had to use the best anti-biotics to fight it. She ran a temp of 101,102,103 for 4 days. They actually had to rotate the anti- biotics just to get a hold on the infection. The docs couldn't put a finger on what the infection was so they wouldn't allow the baby in the room or allow my wife to hold her. She just cried. I was allowed to feed the baby in the nursery wearing a hospital gown and washing up. The hospital will probably never admit it, but we both believe it was a staph infection. I stayed with her day and night.

2) Lost time from work with no-pay for a week and a half.

3) Wife is still recoverying. They sent her home on anti-biotic pills. One actually cost 850.00, luckily insurance paid all but 8.00 < Thank God>

4) Haven't worked out for 2 weeks straight. I feel like crap! Diet has been horrible through all of this.

The one good thing is that we have a beautiful healthy baby girl out of this stressful situation. Thank God!!

I am going to get back on the diet today and try to get in a workout if at all possible. I will post diet and workout later. I really have no idea what day this would be, so I am just going to start with Day one again.

Restarting after a 2 week layoff, so I figured I would start with day 1 again.

Used the power rack this morning before work. I figure I will work out at home this week and try to get to the gym next week. My wife is still not a 100%, so I figured I better stay home as much as possible to help out.

I still got here on time though and had time to stop and buy a can of Kodiak. Bad habit, but I love it.LOL

I stopped using a weight belt about a month ago and it has seemed to really help strengthen my lower back. When I go into the 400 range next week I will definitly wear one though.

I usually do when I hit the gym, but I do not have the attachment on my Power Rack here at home. I'm using the rack at home this week, since my wife is still not 100% yet.

Day 3-

No Workout today. Hurt my wrist at work yesterday. I didn't realize it until today when I woke up.

We have to use a sledge hammer at work, and I was swinging one on a plugged line. I felt something pull, but didn't really worry about it. I felt a little pain last night when I hit my back workout, but nothing like today.
I had planned to do shoulders, but when I go to bend my wrist back, I have a shooting pain. Definitly not good for pressing a barbell or dumbell. I will wake up and give it a try in the morning, before work. I figure if it is still hurt then I will hit "Legs".

Diet-
10am- Protein Shake 45grams <slept in today- up late and off work today>
1pm- Protein Shake 45grams
4pm- 4 Slices Pizza <Barbeque Pizza my favorite> I couldn't resist!! A friend <my workout partner and his wife> brought over some food since wife has been sick. He's a great buddy.

Yeah I have wrist wraps, but I hurt my wrist at work using a sledge hammer on a plugged line. I work at a chemical plant. We make an acid and it plugs lines easily. We use a sledge hammer to hammer on the lines to break up the pluggage. I think I over extended it. I was holding the sledge hammer in a weird position <A hard to get at place> and swinging with just one hand.

Day 6-

I was supposed to get my leg workout in today. I will have to hit it next week. I am exausted. I had a rough day at work today and our baby cried all night long last night. Needless to say, I didn't get hardly any sleep. I am just going to rest tonight and get ready for chest tomm. I will hit legs on Tuesday with my training partner.

I'm looking forward to getting back to the gym tomm. There is just something about working out at the gym that is different than working out here at home. I know my workout partner really pushes me too.

Solid arms day dude! Bummer about the baby...sometimes they just do that....but then again how many times do you wake up at night now just to check and make sure she's alright? (it's a "DAD thing") :D About the wrist ,have it looked at I went through hell with mine finally a shot of cortizone made a world of difference....lots of tendons in there....hope it's nothing serious!

Beast- Yeah I wouldn't have done it, but since I was resting while my workout partner was getting in a couple of sets to catch up, I thought I would try and get it one more time.

cphafner- Actually I'm trying to lose weight. LOL! Tring to get to 200lbs. I just have been eating the 6-7 meals a day and trying to get in a ton of protein. I'm not looking for a fast weight lost, just gradual. I was down to 210 before my 2 week break. Gained about 6 pounds from eating crappy.

props on that 315 full ROM man, I did a partial with 300 for the first time a few weeks ago and that was tough, made me rethink if I was gonna hit 300 for a full rep LOL

He didn't even tell me about it. I just went to start cutting grass and the blades were cutting the dirt! The jerk moved before I even found it out. He didn't even mention it.

Just take him to the gym, set the lat pulldown to the full stack and wrap the cable around his neck. Or raise the lawnmower and drive it over his car. That should work. :)

I had to dog out on my workout partner today. Fixing that lawnmower was more of a chalenge than I thought. I had to flip it over to replace the blades, and the oil leaked into the air filter. Guess what is connected to the air filter? The carborator. It was full of oil and wouldn't start. Needless to say I had to take the carb off and clean it out. Luckily it fired up after that.

Worked out at home on the power rack tonight. Late workout didn't get started till 930pm
