has anyone given this a try or can point me to refrences, I've read like 10,000 studies and posts that counter each other.

basically Im on ud2.0 and was thinking of giving t3 a try at a dose of about 50 mcg a day without the use of aas.

I think a few of the guys here have tried it and the impression that I get is that it's far too catabolic without at least a little bit of test in your system to help preserve muscle

I second that. Stay on exogenous thyroid hormone too long, and you shut down your own production of thyroid hormone. You'd have to tinker with dosages of T4 and T3 to wean yourself off the exogenous while your thyroid resumes production, if it ever does. Not pretty.

Anythings over 12.5mcg/day is going to make you very sorry you tried it.

I used t-3 a couple years ago while on some test , I ran the t-3 for about 5 weeks but didnt wean myself off slow enough . I was tired all day every day for about 2 weeks . It was terrible .

Wean yourself off slowly .

It also made want to eat everything in sight , try not to and you'll do much better .

I think ill skip it unless I decide to use it with some test.

If you use it, have metabolic thyrolean(guggul), and sea kelp(iodine) ready for when you come off. I did T3 a while back and my metabolism bounced back immediately when I came off.
