Just wanted to get you guys opinion on my progress. I don't think I see much from 2/04 to present date. I can see little progress from when I first started. Well, heres my pics so you guys can give me some feedback. :whiner:

This pic is from 5/22/03. Before I even joined my gym. Sorry pic so big, just didn't feel like resizing.

You've made some decent progress. To put on quality muscle takes time.
Estimate BF @ 14%, stick with it, work out hard & heavy like a powerlifter to bulk up. Many people get discouraged b/c they make great gains the 1st few months then things slow down. You just have to be patient, you'll have growth periods and plateaus that sometimes you just cant control. If you're consistent the gains will come in time.

Also, keep track of your work out weights/reps. Always try to match or exceed your last work out. Most of the times you'll just match, but maybe once a month you might add a rep, etc. But if you dont keep good (written) track of it you'll lose sight of your progress and wont know what to shoot for.

Nice progress, very measureable and visible results. Those traps are lacking and I'm a huge fan of those, but that's just me :). Great job.

thanx for the feedback fellas. It will help motivate me just a little more next time I'm in the gym and thinking that I haven't made many gains.

from the pictures it looks like you have made some pretty decent gains. but if you feel like you hhave come to a plateau, try changing your routine or diet a little. i don't men go to mcdonalds for lunch everyday, but change thing up to spark some new growt

I think you've progressed well and look good.

If things have now slowed down I think it's simply a case of needing to eat more.

Yeah, my gut has been hanging over a lil. So, I have been eating SLIGHTLY lighter then I usually do. I would love for my six-pack to show without me having to flex. So, I'm thinking about cutting. But, I like to be big to. :scratch:

what do your numbers look like in the gym..how about your diet? There are a lot of variables..everyone moves at a different pace
