I think that diet looks pretty good, the fat seems a little low, but hell, if you can put on a lot of size with minimal fat gain, then rock on.

i agree, you could experiment by upping fat to 20%,
but you seem to be doing well

The diet and the ratios are perfect IMO..

i think overall it looks good..although, i would tend to agree that the fat ratio may be a little bit low, considering you need fat to maintain joint health as well. But then you take in cod liver oil, right? is that counted in the ratio? meal 7 is making me hungry. *lol*

His fat intake is ok,assuming that he's under a high caloric intake diet.11%may sound low but it's really ok.

yea i was thinking that after realizing he's taking in so many cals (4000+) that it is a good amount of fat in terms of grams even though it is low in %

the kcals add up to about 4,000 as well - so where the alcohol on your list? or total kcal wrong.
do not worry about fat % its total quanity thats more important.
but ignoring that its a good diet. i take you have vit supp as low in like vit C.

Dang bro 4,000 cals congrats on being able to eat that much per day! Obviously though you are one big mofo. respect.
i would take in more flax, perhaps split it throughout the day; flax has an amazing ability to keep you in a positive nitrogen balance longer. i take a teaspoon and a half, with each one of my 7 meals.

Good lord thats alot of food. Here is mine which is about 1700 calories.
Meal 1: 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1 can tuna, 1 tbsp peanut butter
Meal 2: Protein shake, 2 cups milk
Meal 3: before workout, 1/3 cup oats, can tuna
Meal 4: 2 chicken breasts, buttered toasts sprinkled with cinnamon, using 1 tbsp butter
Thats about 40 fat, 205 protein, and 120 carbs. I usually add some extra oatmeal cuz I find that I just can't go that low on carbs. I'm cutting right now though.
