Ok, well ive decided to start a journal because i figure this is the only place i'll get addaquet(sp?) feedback since when i post stuff in the other forums i only get a couple comments. anyway, im 5'8 147 pounds. i posted a few pictures here http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=50556 and everyone said i need to gain weight. i guess i wouldnt mind getting up to 155-160 before i go off to school in the fall. thats a little over a month and i want it to be muscle rather than fat since i know ill gain a good amount of fat freshmen year from the food there haha. today for breakfast i had:

cals/fat/carbs/protein

english muffin - 136/1/27/4
peanut butter - 95/8/3/4
grape jelly - 54/0/13/0
oatmeal - 153/1/34/5
1 scoop whey with oats - 111/1/1/25
1 cup 1% milk - 119/3/14/10

totals - 668/14/91/48

how does this look? i cant wait to get out of work eat and go to the gym. gonna be doing bis/back. any suggestions on what to eat for lunch/before going to the gym. ill post my routine when i get back from the gym.

i guess i should post my current stats i started lifting last september.

bench - last set is 165x4
squat - last set is 185x8
preachers- last set is at 80x4-6
military press- last set at 95x6
bent over rows- last set at 85x8

thats all i can think of for now. hopefully i start to see some really good gains, since i think i am starting to understand diet and lifting together.

Oh the days when I was lean...Aahh, yes, I remember it well!
Looked at your pics and you are definitely due to bulk, so good luck!
Did you decide on a routine? Chris6969 suggested a routine in your other thread, or you can follow one of the WBB routines, or read the article on the AtLargeNutrition.com site regarding training and eating for mass (http://www.atlargenutrition.com/gainingmass.php) . Any of those routines plus lots of food should put some muscle on your bones.

ahh, thanks for the quick reply :) as of right now i kinda do my own routine its been working pretty well, or at least it was when i was losing weight. i workout 5-6 days depending on how i feel that week. i want to start doing deads today since im doing back, but dont really know the correct form, and i fear really hurting my lower back.

Just a couple of suggestions here...
For your preworkout meal, I'd add more protein, perhaps another scoop of whey protein.
For your postworkout meal, your protein is ample, but I'd double your carb intake.

BTW, good workout.
