im on a reduced calorie diet with about a 20/30/50 f/c/p ratio. Have been for a little over a month now. Ive only been eating about 1700-1800 cals a day and working out 5 days a week, should i refeed , even though im still getting over 120 or so carbs a day? On which day, Saturday or sunday? Probobly saturday since its at the end of my workout week and im pretty drained.

Another question if your on a reduced calorie diet should you refeed cals once a week just like you would refeed carbs in some of these other diets?

thanks, not very good with this whole nutrition thing, but welcoming any advice you can give.

Currently im 5-10 145 lbs 12% bf if that has any importance. :)

Yes, you should do a refeed. Do it Saturday AND Sunday...and then keep doing it Monday-Friday as well until you hit a weight and bodyfat that you should actually be cutting at for your height.
