FIber 1... Thoughts...??

Hey guys,

I just bought this cereal called Fiber 1, here are the nutritional facts:

Cal: 110
Fat 1g
Carbs: 24g
Fiber: 15g
Sugars: 0g
Protien: 2g

It actually taste pretty good... What could be wrong with this versus Oatmeal?

Higher GI?

Thoughts?

Yeah, buddy - have you looked at the prices of cereal lately?

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't the average box now like $5?!

Oatmeal costs like $1.50 or around there. So if you eat 4-12 servings of cereal a day it's gonna add up really fast.

That's true... BUT, I would rather pay 5$ a box and be able to eat it 5-6 days a week, rather then having to gag on Oatmeal... As much as I like oatmeal, after a few days... it get really boring, even if you add flavor to it...

Plus, I'm overpaid... so 10$ a week for cereal would not be a big deal... :)
