I mean like suggested daily value, like you know how they break down 2000calories, I was wondering if they have the same thing for 3000cals

Well, if they have a suggested daily value for 2000 cals, then multiply everything by 1.5 and there you go...pretty simple.
The fact of the matter is ratios don't matter much. Get your protein and EFA's first, and the balance from low GI carbs.

Ratios are useless at best, misleading at worst. A supposedly "dangerous" ketogenic diet may have less protein and fat in it than a "normal" bulking diet.
To Vido's advice I'd add, once you've gotten around 1g/lb of protein and ~6 g of EFA's, divvy up the remaining calories between good fats and carbs, depending on how well you do on certain amounts of carbs. Some people may tend to put on fat easily when carbs are too high, others may do just fine.

The Recommended Daily Intake on nutrition labels is created by the FDA, who recommends that you eat like 400g carb, 50g fat and 50g protein.
Obviously it's not intended for bodybuilders.
