View Full Version : 500 cals, 70g of fat before bedtime

I just had
3-4 tblsp of olive oil
1 tblsp of peanut oil
and 1 of saffron.. or canola oil (il find out which tomorrow)

mixed em together in a cup, and drank em, it tasted nutty and good

500 cals and 70g of fat, about 55g of mono unsaturated

now is there anything wrong with all this fat at once?
i also did it beforebedtime.. not a good idea?

i only ate 2400 cals today so i imagine it couldnt b too bad.


tomrrow il do half in the mornin and half in the afternoon

if anyone needs more mufa or just more cals or just more fat in their diet and wants a delicious- not to mention extremly quick way to get it... just ask me and il get the exact recipe.

Probably not quite enough protein in there to be very beneficial but if you are bulking why not just do that with every other meal throughout the day?

i am gonna split it up, i was wondering if there was anything wrong with consuming so much fat at once.

It's gonna give you the sh!ts man. LOL, I'm just kidding. Unless you have had your gallbladder removed then I don't see that as too much a problem.

Probably because he doesn't want to look like Lee Priest in the off season.

I'm all for large calorie intakes when bulking, but 630 cals from fat alone EVERY meal seems a little excessive...at least for most people.

As for the meal itself, lower the fat a bit and add some protein (cottage cheese or something) and you have yourself a perfect pre-bed meal.

For fat boys, that would be a no no. For skinny boys, no problem.

since nobody said anythin about it, i guess its okay for 1-2 meals in a day..

im not gonna do it every meal tho..

btw its SESAME oil, that gives this little concoction a good taste.

btw im a former skinny boy.. now im a skinny boy w/ a little meat- so i dont think it'l be a problem.
