dextrose food replacement?

whats a good replacement for the dextrose you guys are talking about post workout, is there any fruit or something i can eat to gain the same effects?

Dextrose is Glucose. I was having 75g. I now know i need alot more. UI have around 120g now. But im 272 pounds. :)
