is it a good idea to add some flaxseed oil (16g or so) on either the pre, or post?? im guessing if anything, it would be beneficial to add on the pre, suggestions?

What's your motivation?

Liquid fat won't slow the digestion of a liquid meal.

my reason to add flax to my pre/post is so i can remove some from my other meals and making each meal more equal in its micronutrients... makes sense?

the benefit of taking it around a workout is questionable...
i'd just as soon take it AM or PM myself...

any form of fat will delay gastic empyting

fat is the only macro which releases bile and this slows transit time of stomach contents
