Presently doing MAX-OT. I am 6 weeks into it after this week.

Weight: 184lbs
Height: 6'3"




Today's lift, Chest:

DB Press
6x75
6x75
5x80

Incline DB Press:
6x65
6x65

Weighted Dips:
6 (+45lb plate)
5 (+45lb plate)




About a month ago I lost some size after an improper diet. Still trying to get everything back together.
Will post diet from here on out.
Plans are to complete 4-6 months of Max-OT depending on results. So far I have increased my strength greatly, but am not seeing size gains. If this keeps up, in 2.5 more months I may try HST or something else to focus on hypertrophy.

10oz steak, trimmed fat.
2 cans of tuna with 2 tablespoons miracle whip
4 cups of protein shake
1 piece of supreme pizza
1 slim fast (it was there, I decided it should be taken)
3 extra large eggs
1 cup applesauce
3 large pieces of WW bread
1 can green beans

*totals are fitday.com + slimfast numbers. fitday does not have slimfast on it's list.



I will be out of town from Friday through monday with no computer. Will attempt working out while away, and will post when I am back.

Done for now. Arms are ready for rest.
