For boards, just get some 2x6 that's 12-16" long and duct tape them together for different heights. Remember that each board is actually 1.5" ...
For bands, I agree with www.elitefts.com ... I bought the band pack from them and I'm very pleased with the purchase.

you could also buy bands at physiotherapy offices, some might sell them I think mine selles them for 1.00 a foot.
I'm with pauly. Make your own boards and get the bands from elitefts.com

I think those are different bands. Are they the thin sheets of rubber for rehab? The jumpstretch bands are like big rubber bands, not really available by the foot.
