yeah, i know... im trying but its hard to keep a normal schedule. I wish they would make a reverse diet pill, one that makes you hungry all the time. ( i guess i could always take up pot smoking) :smoke:

By your eating comment I assume you're naturally a skinny guy. What weight were you at 3 years ago?
I've been wondering about an instant hunger pill to haha. And for the limited amount of weed smoking I do, I always make sure I have at least 1000 calories of clean food handy ;)

[QUOTE]Your traps and delts look like your strong points.
yeah, they seem to grow without much effort.the same is true with my bicepts and calves. i can't seem to get my chest to grow anymore, and my tricepts just hate me. if i were to give in and get implants anywhere it would be my tricepts.

Everyone always refers to Marijuana in a scense of making one hungry to gain weight. I know I did, until I researched it for fun while I enjoyed my 6 months working at a smoke shop.
Weed in fact increases the heart rate of a person rapidly. It doesnt seem like it does, due to slowed reactions and often times laziness, but a normal check of the pulse will show you. Have you ever wondered why you get hungry after a good solid pump, when your heart beat is racing, it is because your body has used all its nutrients and wants more. Same thing with weed, your heart is beating like after a workout, and you get hungry ( referred to as the muchies) Most potheads eat a crap load and stay the same weight, because as they eat, there body burns. If you do not eat and fight the munchies, you can lose weight.
Sounds odd, but ohh so true.

Close Pitfan, Marijuana depletes the body of protein, and in a sense other nutrients, overall protein though that is why most habitual smokers are skeletons. Also Marijuana puts your body into a catabolic state, i think its catbolic where your body eats muscle, anyway it is not good if you are trying to bulk or even weight train at all.

I've been smoking a lot less lately. I havent seen any use for it except the eating, havent enjoyed the highs as much as I used to. I think I'll be quitting based off this info.
