First time posting pictures, I'm like 6'0 185, the legs shots are old because I have a leg injury and haven't trained them for 6 weeks, so critic my pictures please.

i think you're in great shape don't know what goals you wanna reach do you want to get bigger? mass? legs? let me know i can give you some pointers on that if you'd like

Yah I'm trying to get bigger but it's hard because I'm too lazy to make food. my legs are actually or were really strong before, my max deadlift w/ straps was 455 but I'm gonna have a 3 days a week program after when my leg heals to get max growth hopefully. but I want to be 200 pounds, in athletic shape.

you know that your diet is very important when you're training so try to make the effort to eat properly you will see your gains faster.As for your leg routine you want mass? you gotta push them hard heavy low reps but that's when your all healed and ok start of slow then when you get your strength back start it up go for it!

Have really good potential Nic. Very muscluar and lean. The one quad looks good. Nice detail. Do you have a fast metabolism?

Yah I have a really fast metabolism, when I started working out everyday in January, from my just football training routine, I shot up about 10 poudns really quickly, and I haven't really gone anywhere since then. and I'me ating around 3000-3500 calories a day, but it's hard eating that many clean calories.

Looking good, it seems that I have a body type simlar to yours but I am 160 at 6'0> I want to look like you in the future!!1
