I have personal experience with it but I am biased, so we will see who else chimes in.

We have definitely sold a quite a bit of it so plenty of people have used it.

Haven't tried it, personally, but has a solid formulation. In any event, this is in the wrong forum section =).

I've never used it, but I'm sure it helps IF your diet and training are already in order...if not, you may as well save your money.
