I was HARDCORE from Feb - October of 2002. Lost a lot, did some massive progress. Then I stopped. Drank too much, got involved with drugs. I have since fixed those issues, luckily did not hurt myself or anyone else. I tried back in July of 2003 to get back on the wagon, and it did not last very long, as I was still in a bad situation. I am now living in a better place, and am ready to go ahead and try to get back on the wagon, eat right, and get my ass back into a better place.
Then plan:
- Using fitday to track intake (goal is 1800 cal a day, since I need to burn off some fat.
- Gym at least 3 times a week, moderate work outs until I start to not get painfully sore
- Find a new gym, my World Gym got replaced by "Fitness Factory" and they suck.
The goal:
Get back under 200 by November 15th, and have a little more body confidence, and get back into the practice of eating right, cooking my own meals, and drinking less.
Good luck to me. :)
