Hi All,

Here's a pic from years ago, i've put on another 10lbs since then naturally and I just started my first cycle of AS. Been training hard and I know i'm ready...

This pic makes me look bigger than I am - I should take some more realistic photos ;)

I was about 5'10" and weighed 71kg, now two weeks into the cycle im about 76kg. Been eating, sleeping and training ridiculous amounts, I think most of the motivation is physiological not the gear... The cycle is small, 11ml of sustanon 250 over 8 weeks, works out about 250mg every 5 days.

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback - definitely keeps me motivated!

Why such a small cycle? If you're going to go through the PCT and the jabs you might as well make it worth it. 400-500mg per week would likely have done you better. ;)

Btw, nice progress thus far.
