Ive reached my first goal, its took 6 months to get here

38lbs lost

i was 248lbs when i started dieting, now im down to 210 lbs, im very pleased, but...

what should i be doing really?

should i set my next goal at another 14lbs loss to take me to 196, which i think is average for my weight/age. then try and put more muscle on as i can.

or should i go for a 28lb loss and then try to add more muscle?

im in 2 minds, also im going in the army, so i expect i might get to the second one

but anyone got any suggestions

First of all, congrats on the weight loss! :clap:
Without knowing anything else about you or your bodytype, it's tough to answer. That being said, since you're determined to lose at least another 14 lbs, do that first. After you accomplished that, you probably need to reasses your body composition, perhaps having your bodyfat measured, to determine whether losing more bodyfat or putting on more muscle should be your next priority.
