Okay this picture of me was taken this weekend..
in broad daylight which is not the most flattering...
still lets see what you think , 41 years old full body workout twice a week-
specific criticism appreciated anything to improve...

Thanks guys-
so would someone recommend a good cut program-I'm fond of the elliptical trainer.. just bought some protein powder and am having that first thing in the A.M.....
how long should my cut last, and do I completely avoid weightlifting at that time?
and whats a good cycle? two weeks weightlifitng, two weeks cutting through aerobics etc.??????
I've learned a lot from these boards and appreciate everyone taking the time to answer questions they've probably heard umpteen times..

cut cals and carbs high protein and cardio atleast 4 sessions a week 40 min a piece, and definetly keep on lifting but separate your days to include 1 of the three compounds on each day i.e. Bench, Squat, Deadlift and then split everything else like smaller parts in with the compounds if that makes sense.
