since starting football training again, i lost around 14lbs in 1 month, that got me down to 210 lbs, i kept the same strength to it seems as i havent dropped weight on anything in the gym.
but...
i look in the mirror and my chest looks absolutely huge, half muscle half fat,
i can tell vwhere that other 14lbs of fat came from, my legs/hips/belly
we do around 1500-2000 metres for a warmup at football, then sprints and practice games.
it cant be long before it starts coming off my chest right?

Depends on how your body want to burn the fat, only genetics will tell my friend.

I noticed you don't work legs in another post when you listed your regimen, work those legs and things will start happening for you.

yeah, i do now, just dont do squats because im afraid of hurting myself, a pussy i know ;)
but since i started doing some legs on a wednesday, ive seen a great improvement, in the mid to lower halfs and on my ass :P, the top of the thigh is where it seems to stay fro the moment, but seeing as tho i do a lot of running these days im hoping it wont take to long to get them down, whats good for the groin area?

Do squats start out light and build confidence in your strength, if you are not comfortable get a good knowlegable spotter to help you. If you know how to do squats and have some help you getting hurt should not be an issue.

ive got a dodgy knee, but i can strap that up and it will be ok, i did squats in school, but hated them, probably coz i was about 250lbs back then :p
what areas does the squat work tho?
pardon my n00bness ;)

A good bit of everything. But primarily glutes, quads, hams, inner and outter thighs, and sprinal erectors.

You will be pretty sore for days after your first day of squats.
