Starting another journal. Back in October, I was 243lbs. I decided I was tired of being fat, so I went on a diet. As of today I am 5'10" 173lbs. ~12% BF. I planned on cutting until I achieved a six pack, but two things have made me stop cutting. 1) I feel too much like a puny little girl. 2) I have a bit of loose skin that needs to tighten up. I will be maintaining for a while, maybe losing a little bit at a time, but mostly trying to get my strength back. I will start bulking again in November. I will ease on up to 200-215lbs, then cut again, hopefully w/ more success.

I'm doing a 3 day split since school is starting and it will be very hectic.
Tuesday- Legs
Thursday- Chest/Arms
Saturday- Shoulders/Back

Not the best, but due to certain conditions there is no other choice.

Diet is roughly 2000 cals a day. 200g Carbs, 200g Protein, 45g fat. I'm not too terribly strict at this point, since I just came off an extremly strict cut, but it certainly won't be sloppy.

Shoulders/Back tommorow.

Good sets. Stabilization was a factor on all sets. I should have had more reps on the second set, but I lost ALL concentration after the 3rd rep when a nearby couple started talking about a vibrator.

Good sets. Little lower than I wanted, but we'll get back up there.

Ghetto T-bar Rows-

Good sets. Lower back started hurting on last set.

Seated Underhand Cable Rows-

Not bad.

One Arm DB Rows-
90X8/8 (3)

Back was done.



Pretty good workout. First workout I've had in about 6 months that I wasn't completely carb depleted. I'm hoping my numbers will come back fast.
