Before age 16 i never worked out

now 17 hard core every day for 8 months

what do you guys think i need to work on? i personaly think my weakest thing is my arms i can bench 250! :D woot haha but yeah please give me some feed back negative or positive thanks

You're making progress, just keep at it and your goals can always be acomplished. Your legs progressing as well?

BTW, spread your lats in a back double bi, don't pinch your shoulder blades together.

thanks for the advice on the flex also i don't have any pics of my legs i can get some probly by tom they are super defiend calfs are a lil skinny though :(

yeah i have to work on size again because for a while i was just all bulk then track season came along and i got ripped thanks for the words of encourgement and yeah i know some of my poses aren't the greatest :S

Nice transformation. What was your routine? Isn't hardcore every day too much for a beginner though? Obviously it worked though.

hey this is my routine

Day One: legs

at the moment my leg routine isn't the must solid
squats 12 for warm up then everything is 10-8, 8-6, 4-6
leg press 10 8 6
leg extensions 10 8 6
lunges 10,8,6
leg curls 10,8,6

Day 2 Chest and shoulder
Bench press 20 for warm up 10,8,6,4,2
incline 10 8 6
decline 10 8 6
flys 10 8 6

coleman laterals 15,10,8
lateral raises 12 10 8
shoulder press 10 8 6

Day 3 Back
shoulder shrugs 12 10 8 6
can't think of all the names for back work out its my most stable day though

Day 4 arms
Tris narow grip bench 12 10 8
dips 12 10 8
tri up inbetween benches with wight on 15 12 10
rop pull down and rope over head pull down superset 12 10 8

normal bar bell curl 20 15 10 8 6 4 2
hammer curls 10 8 6
precher curls 10 8 6

reverse curls 12 10 8
behind the back wrist rolls 10 8 6

then restart

i constalty go so like i go 4 days then the routine restarts i may take a day off depending if the muslce group is not fully recoverd and thats my routine i would like some sugestions on what i could do for my up coming football season because i will not be able to hit the gym i know i will go down a bit but i would like to try to maintain so i was wondering how my sets should go ect i will probly only make it to the gym 2-4 times a week thanks

Yo thats a huge change, keep it up by the time your 18 you will look the way you want to. I wish I could get my nephew to get in to it he i a little bit bigger than you are now. Same age and real lean. But all wants in life is girls and a hooked up Honda civic. I wish I started when I was your age.

sorry i didn't answer sooner i didn't really monitor 2 much on caleries i did however eat extreamly heathy and still do. like don't eat any fast food ect lots of water and for protien just ate normal and had a shake after everywork out

yeah, I don't eat white bread, fast food, soda, etc. Only wrong thing I'd say I'm eating is the chicken wings with skin all over them. :/

Did you play any sports while this transformation took place?

good symetry/shape.... (edit: just read "amature" body builder)

had given tips for pro body-building.. (like working out 12 hours/week EVERY week, every day being an eating contest.... packing protein in your body, etc)

Same tip here though: You'll be tempted by steroids, DON'T use them until you've read up on them for years.... and you're over 20 years old. Your natural test is super high until 19-20+ years old.

hey man I just wanted to say how great an improvement you made and u should be proud. Just one question = how did u get that 6 pack man? I've been trying to get my abs cut for a while, and I just don't know what the hell I'm doing wrong. I've been doing situps/crunches and running, and although it's good, it aint cut. Anyway, any help would be nice. Thanks, and great job btw

hey dude good progess. u seem to have good metabolism. are u eating really healthy and doing alot of cardio to stay lean ? if u would eat alot of food (lots of carbs), throw in a weight gainer and creatine, and continue your workout u might get even bigger faster, but not so lean, then u can cut. its hard to be lean and get big, unless u start juicing.

Hey its been a while since i've been on this site i just finished football season in november i didn't work out at all during football season :( i shrunk so much by the end i've hit the gym again though and its back im much stronger now except for not nearly as big :S i've been tanning to try to compinsate i'll have some new pics up in a month or so to show you guys by steps backwords or forwards im not sure
