I just recently really got serious about my cutting cycle. Im ready to do whatever it takes to reach my goals. Im at about 11-12% bf and i want to reach around 8-9% so that my abs will show through. When it comes to foods I dont kno too much. I want to know a list of foods that I can base all my meals on. From reading through the forums heres what I have so far...
Romain salad
Bananas
Eggs
Chicken breasts
Lots of tuna
Thats it lol, what else would be good for cutting?
