im not sure im gonna meet my 1500 cal a day.

should i be thinking of using 4-500ml of milk for my second protein shake of the day?

that'd be 200-250cals, 25g carbs, not sure what fat, or is it best to stick to water

How are you not able to consume 1500 calories?

There's nothing wrong with milk, but there's far better sources of carbs, and some better sources of protein.
