thanks for the compliments
i know that's the leanest i could get
i think that it is good thing to be already there when you know that there are still 2 more weeks to go .
it's easy to maintain but hard to get there .
did not use diuretics or anything like it.............yeas it's possible
started lifting when i was 14
quit with 20
i've restarted 1.5 years ago
i'm 27 now
do lot's of nutrition watching
everything is scaled.i know exact what and when to eat
pig out days ? i have those once a week(i eat healthy but heavy....such as a jar or 2 of peanutbutter...well i like peanutbutter )
but no pigging out on a diet
i started to train & eat as "tom venuto " + "john berardi" are recommending it

they have tought me everything and i do not know them personally
everything is from research + research+ more research online

and no , i'm not a model but i'm really working on it and if the pay is good i would do anything to make a living of it because this is my goal
i would love to help company's sell their product's magazines , supplements and more

thank's again for all the good posts

p.s. the guy who made the comment about my "PUNY" forearms..........hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm did anybody see an avatar or picture of him he must be looking great and have a "perfect " body

i'm 184 lean and 192 -195 on regular basis
i do not like to bulk up like crazy and lose it all again.i think it's good to get lean first and then just keep a controlled diet and gain lean mass

something i forget to say . and i don't think that i'm the only one . if you eat exactly what your body needs you will notice that you rarely have to do the #2 thing (restroom) . your body will use it all . sounds crazy but it's true . i'm so used to eating clean that my body would recognize junk food immediatly and kicks it right out.
what are your experiences ?

I think you need more fiber in your diet.
